San Francisco Electronic Music Festival
I went to an amazing performance by "Zoe Keating":http://zoekeating.com years ago at an intimate semi-private gathering at a live/work loft off an alley somewhere in San Francisco's SOMA district. It was the first time I saw someone create loops in multiple layers on the fly, then play over it. She's performing on Friday, September 7th, 2007, 8:30pm at the SF Electronic Music Festival. Should be interesting.
