Enduring Principles for Changing Times
Rosabeth Moss Kanter
a Long Now Seminar
The Long Now runs a great seminar/lecture series that has touched on a lot of odd and eclectic topics: from when we will pop off into a singularity (or not), the nature of slums, the million year history of climate change, how best to make a simulation, to how we will store our information for years to come.
This one sounds a little less interesting to be honest. Rosabeth Moss Kanter in her latest book America the Prinicipled: "offers a positive agenda for the nation, focused on innovation and education, a new workplace social contract, values-based corporate conduct, competent government, positive international relations through citizen diplomacy and business networks, and national and community service."
