Seeking Ruby Rails Programmer

If you (or someone you know) might be at that point where you are looking to work on making something more fun and awesome, tired of being a job holder for a big bi-weekly paycheck, want to directly affect something that you can call your own, and work with a small group of mostly reasonable people, well we've got a stage for you :) We are a small, independent, agile group of designer/programmers. We launched a quiet beta last May and are now starting to promote the site ("Crusher":http://CRUSH3R.com). We haven't sought funding - so offering nice equity NOW. We work together three days a week in San Francisco and the rest from home. We're looking to add two programmers to the team who can cover the basics of RoR (Prototype/Scriptaculous/Javascript, CSS, HTML a plus).
