The full description can be found "here":http://www.unsilentnight.com/about.html but basically you show up with a boombox (preferably with a cassette player) and you'll be handed a tape, a cd or an mp3 to upload. The hundreds of music players create a soundscape you parade in.
It's happening in cities all over the world. It's free.
